At Vallee & Co., we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at valleeandco786@gmail.com. Kindly include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
